What an unbelievably wonderful experience it was to visit this office. I’ve been going to other dentists every 6 months for the past 10 years. I suspected that I had a couple issues with my oral health, but when I questioned other dentists/hygienists they assured me nothing was wrong. Yet I kept experiencing the issues over and over again. I finally made the switch here. My hygienist that i randomly (and fortunately) got, Stephanie, was able to pin point the issue and make great recommendations. For years I have been so afraid to go to the dentist. Citi Dental South Boston has been amazing! Especially Stephanie, the Dental Hygienist. She is just the right mix of professional and personable, which has considerably eased my fears of the dentist! I've had major dental work done by almost all dentists at the practice; each experience has been more pleasant than expected! I highly recommend this dental office, especially to those who are not a fan of dental work!

Stephanie and the entire CitiDental team are absolutely amazing! I used to be so nervous about going to the dentist to the point that I avoided it for years, eventually needing serious work. The whole team is so welcoming and warm and calms my fears every visit. The office itself is incredibly well kept and spotless. I am not a fan of visiting the dentist for a cleaning but it's always a wonderful experience visiting Citidental in South Boston. The staff is great, especially Stephanie McArdle. She makes it all so easy. She is one of the best Dental Hygienist I've ever had, so gentle, thorough and doesn't rush. And to top it off, she is also one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! I've never felt so safe and welcome in a dentist's office before! Everyone genuinely cares about you, from the front desk to the doctors. Parisa and Juliana make scheduling appointments and any changes a breeze, and Stephanie is a fantastic hygienist. Dr. Stolch is ensures your comfort and understanding of everything she does throughout the process, and I am grateful to all of them for making my experience so calm and seamless. I cannot recommend this dental office enough!

Overall, I found CitiDental in South Boston to be an excellent experience as a brand new patient. All of the staff were welcoming and professional. I was overdue for an appointment due to COVID and felt totally comfortable and safe. My hygienist, Stephanie McArdle, was incredible! She was kind, thoughtful, and thorough- explaining things every step of the way. Dr. Stolch was also wonderful and made me feel at ease! Fabulous experience overall and would highly recommend to new patients!

I started going to CitiDental when my dentist retired. I was wowed since I was missing out on great x-rays, cleaning methods and equipment- all for the same price as the previous dentist (who probably last invested in their business 20+ years ago).
