Willow Creek Healthcare Center

I was given an introduction and tour of this facility by their Director of Marketing, Shayna Nagle. I was very impressed with her vast knowledge of the industry and her enthusiastic support of administration and staff. She interacted with residents in a way that made them feel special (I could tell by their smiles and reactions). I was also pleased to observe the cleanliness and orderliness of their facility. We were planning to have my father in law transferred there from St. Agnes but sadly, he passed away before getting him admitted there. 😢 I would recommend Willow Creek to anyone.

Willow creek has been a blessing. The staff is so friendly and nice. The transition for my mom has been great and everyone seems very aware of my moms condition and very accommodating. Couldn’t be happier about the care we have seen.

Recently a very close cousin of mine needed rehabilitation prior to being discharged home. We coordinated with Shayna at Willow Creek and had a smooth transition to the facility from the hospital. The facility was also able to coordinate her dialysis sessions which made it much easier for the family. We are grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Our family will always choose Willow Creek when the need for someone close to us arises.

My Loved one came to Fresno to be near us. Willow Creek became her temporary home. Shayna welcomed us and made the transition so easy. I was able to decorate with family photos and uplifting pictures to surround my Loved one with a little joy. The staff was attentive, and listened to our concerns and helped us when needed. My loved one passed 4 days later as she was on hospice care, we were able to be right by her side. She is now in her forever home with Jesus. Thank you Willow creek staff for everything.

I brought my dad here and honestly I was afraid. The first day they made us feel so welcomed and just put us at ease. The employees are so kind and gave him so much compassion I would never send any family anywhere else. I left 5 stars because of the staff. The staff is what makes this place feel like family. They took care of all his needs and most of his wants lol. If you have someone needing a place, you should consider this place. I live a few hours away and they always called with any concerns. My dad was at Willow Creek convalescing for approximately 30 days following a recent lower back surgery. Although no place is perfect, Willow Creek tries very hard to make sure their patients are taken care of. Specifically, Admissions Director Shayna Nagle fielded a few calls for me with questions or concerns and she emphatically and with solid enthusiasm, handled each and every question or issue to my and my Dads satisfaction.
Also, my Dad told me how much he enjoyed his Physical and Occupational Therapy while at Willow Creek.They worked with him and encouraged him daily to get stronger so that

I could not be happier with the care my mother received at Willow Creek. The staff was attentive and friendly which was comforting considering the Covid restrictions. Most importantly, the staff helped my mother recuperate and gain the strength she had lost prior to her arrival. I am grateful to all those who cared for her, especially under the challenging Covid conditions we have experienced.

Wouldn't recommend. Not very professional. My mom was there for approximately 1 month in February 2020. They were starting the process for long term care even though she has alot of health issues. Because of her issues and her white blood cells being too low, the staff at Willow Creek sent her to the hospital and after 2 days when she was discharged, Willow Creek refused to accept her back without any explanation. They further stopped taking our calls and responding altogether. They further claimed it wasnt planned. The Director supposedly looked into and his findings were that

I want to thank the sraff for great care of my father in law. There was a mix up with clothing. Due to the situation of limited travel staff and visitors it's been difficult. The situation was handled immediately and with great care. My father in law Loves the people there and extremely happy. We all have been through difficult time's and this has been awful hard on everyone. I must say through it all the Staff has been real trooper's and we are very grateful for this wonderful facility and people that care for the patients /residents. Our family recently went through a very traumatic time with the loss of our grandpa and subsequent need for skilled nursing/rehab for our grandmother. We made the difficult choice to place our grandmother in skilled nursing after a bad infection and surgery that didn't go well.
It was an especially difficult decision to place her with everything going on with COVID-19. I want to say unequivocally, that the care and compassion received from every individual at Willow Creek Healthcare from the CNAs, rehab personnel, admissions staff and directors, was far and above any expectation we had.
