Fresno Yosemite Health Care, Inc. (FYHC) offers a wide range of services for each patient, depending on the patient's needs. FYHC will Offer quality and friendly services including: skilled nursing, catheter care, colostomy care, wound care, case management, CHF, dementia, early Alzheimer, diabetes, arthritis, pain management, end of life care, IV therapy, physical therapy, social services, home health aide, and light housekeeping.
Fresno Yosemite Health Care is certified and approved by the Department of Justice to provide live scan fingerprinting services throughout California. You can make an appointment to come to our office or we can come to you. Our mobile service is available by appointment. Mobile service has a set up fee which varies depending on the location.
Fresno Yosemite Health Care is always happy to do a free safety assessment for your loved ones. We are contacted by insurance companies, hospitals, Dr. offices, and family members to do safety assessments for their patients. Some of these assessments are very involved but here is a list of things that our nurses would check.
