Greg has thirty years of experience in the valuation industry. He has been responsible for the management, review, and coordination of investment real estate valuations and corporate valuation/allocation. He has project managed multi-location market studies and valuation assignments throughout the United States, as well as coordinated and reviewed assignments in Mexico, Turkey, Canada, Singapore, and the Caribbean.

Particular appraisal experience includes extended-stay properties, limited service and full service properties, office buildings, industrial properties, special purpose properties, multi-family and self-storage facilities. Client contacts range from individual investors and developers, regional investors, national and regional lenders, pension fund advisors, and Fortune 500 chief financial officers.
