Located off of Highway 280 in Auburn, Asheton Lakes features wooded lots with award-winning custom construction and exceptional amenities including a large community pool with open-air cabana. One of Auburn's largest neighborhoods, residents enjoy sidewalks that navigate pedestrians along the community's many lakes.
Located off of Lafayette Parkway in Opelika, Cedar Creek features large lots and beautiful custom built homes. First developed in 2005, the neighborhood is continuing its growth with new properties still being built. Cedar Creek's lots range from an acre to 3 acres. Existing home sales start around $200,000, while new construction sales start around $300,000.
Get to know the neighborhood before buying: Walk through the neighborhood to get a feel for noise, traffic, neighbors and any other characteristics you may not notice while driving in the car. While your house is obviously your priority, your neighborhood could make or break your decision. Tour several houses before making a decision: Don't let the excitement of looking at a new home sway you to jump into the wrong decision.
