I am very pleased with the service provided. The technician, Tony, was polite and very knowledgeable about plumbing systems. He explained everything clearly and proposed solutions. It was a serious drain pipe blockage but he persevered and completed the job in a professional manner. He then made suggestions on how to maintain the pipes to avoid damage and costly repairs in the future. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing problem or installation.

Our house is in West LA and was built in the late 1930’s. Many of our pipes were original and we were starting to have some significant issues with backups, which ultimately we determined was a busted main sewer line under the house.
Tony from Blue Drop was here throughout the whole process of determining the root of the problem, offering solutions and ultimately fixing the big mess. Tony was totally upfront and honest about the situation and tried every possible thing to snake, jet, etc. before we had to move to pipe replacement. He would regularly suggest we call around to compare his prices

Arrived on time, same day I made the appointment, was professional, knowledgeable, handled the plumbing issues quickly, and gave me an exact idea of what fixing the issue would cost.
