This is one amazing company! There's almost nothing more embarrassing and frustrating than to have another company come in to fix a botched job another company did. Steve with Genesis was compassionate and amazing to work with after detailing the history of my main drain pipe issue. He stepped up and completed the job that should have been done right the first time. He was very professional and went way above and beyond my expectations. Ed came out to our house and knocked out a handful of different plumbing needs we had ranging from connecting a new sink, fixing a toilet and hooking up a humidifier to our furnace.
