After a significant surgery, Olympus Therapy Solutions was contracted by my home health care provider for physical therapy. Someone came out from the service for an evaluation and on the same day I told her I was walking up and down a flight of stairs and walked half a mile, she gave me simple exercises of lifting my leg off the sofa and told me the full time therapist would start regular appointments at noon the following Monday. Noon came and went with no calls, no visits, no outreach. Three weeks later the home care contracted called me to tell me I missed 5 appointments. Nothing could be further

As a patient relations coordinator, I sometimes have to staff patients quickly. Recently, I was in a bind with my current therapy agency because they did not have availability for 3 days! I contacted Olympus and they were able to staff my Santa Monica patient on the same day! I now use them for all my staffing needs on the Westside of LA.

Olympus was assigned as the physical and occupational therapy provider after my grandmother was hospitalized. All of the therapists were great and made scheduling her visits with me very easy, since I wanted to be there during the treatments they worked around my schedule for several weeks and even gave me a printout of excercises we could do together on weekends. Thanks for all your help with getting my grandmother back on her feet quickly!
