From the time I had to make the phone call, to the day I met with Mike who is very patient he did not rush me through any of the decisions he truely has a gift of caring and making you feel at ease while you are making some of the hardest decisions you will ever make. when you call the office you might get to speak with Kristen who answered all of… my questions she also notified me of the day of cremation. I was able to come in and visit with my mother before The Cremation took place everything was perfect the young lady that dressed her did her hair and makeup did a wonderful job and on

We have had several family members taken care of by Ammen and been beyond pleased every time. Every associate we have dealt with in the Hickory St location have been very pleasant and helpful. They would guide us through every step of the way never trying to get us to “upgrade” our choices. I have recommended them to many people who all have been very pleased also. A special thank you is given to Director Mark and for Assistant Jennifer for their professionalism and kindness during this difficult time. While providing for the last wishes of Mr. Robert L Jones, they both proved invaluable with the arrangements and details for both the service at Ammen Family and arranging the interment at Arlington National Cemetery. The family of Mr. Jones is very grateful and satisfied with the care kindly administered for their loved one.

The Absolute worst... I don't do the whole review thing but I'm going to make an exception here. From the poor overall presentation, the coldness of the staff and the lack of welcoming ambiance; all left much to be desired. The rush to hurry things along at the most delicate transition of life, was unforgivable. This is the last place I would ever recommend entrusting someone's loved one or family member to.

Michael is exception. During one of the most difficult times he showed compassion and easily guided us through the process of making the decisions we needed to make. Their prices are reasonable. From the 1st call and contact we were treated well. I would recommend the Ammen Family to anyone in our situation.
