She has worked as a childcare provider for years in New Jersey, helping families take care of their children while they are at work. Debra then took a step further and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and a Medical Assistant. As Registered Nurse she worked at both a nursing home and for one of the leading hospitals in North Carolina.
