Received great customer service via phone and in person. Had what I needed in store thankfully, I feel the associates there went above and beyond my needs in terms of options for equipment and cost vs renting my items. Not really sure about all of the other negative reviews posted.

I wish there was a -100 rating available, for no customer service skills and incompetence.
From the store that didn't have anything in stock and took forever to order something.
To the billing department that made so many mistakes, DOUBLE billed me! Said they would send info to insurance and never did, I finally, after 5 MONTHS just paid the bill to have this NIGHTMARE over with. Called a supervisor to complain, was sent to voicemail and didn't get a call back.
Not sure how much worse a company working with customers can get.
This company is HORRIBLE, they need to go out of business asap, so

I rated this place 1 star only because you have to rate it in order to leave a review. They earned a 0 star. Read the other reviews, about this company, see a trend? We cant all be wrong. I recently called to order some CPAP supplies, don't be fooled by their on hold message stating they are family owned for 30 years etc. It is not the truth, they are owned by another company Rotech. Everyone I have spoke to at either company had an attitude right out of the gate. They care nothing about helping you, just billing your insurance. There are much better options in Charlotte for supplies. My insurance

I called Monday 9/11 to ask if Griffin carried medical aspirators for sale and/or rent for a family member who had a stroke and is at risk for pneumonia and was told yes, they had them, and given quotes for both rental and purchase. Today, Tuesday, 9/12 I drove all the way from West Charlotte to Matthews on my lunch hour to arrange the rental only to be told that there were none in stock available for rental. This would have been great information to have been told when I called the day before. Now I have wasted precious time that my family member continues to be at risk because of incompetence

This home healthcare company is the worst! The employees have a don't care attitude and would rather lie & lead you on a wild goose chase looking for your monthly supplies! How this home healthcare company is still open to the public is a complete mystery to me. They need to be shut down.

The employees are extremely unprofessional, and make you wonder why they're not flipping burgers on Wilkinson Blvd., instead of working at a medical supply store. The employee at the front desk, who was greasy and tattooed up, was barking orders at a blind man. Then, when my husband checked out, the employee tried to short him on his change (her acting skills were sub-par at best). This is an awful place. If you can purchase your medical supplies elsewhere, DO!

Will never use this company again. The employees in the store were knowledgeable and helpful, but the billing department was an absolute joke. My daughter needed a pair of crutches and a walking boot and my insurance company pre-approved the claim with no out of pocket expenses while we were in the store. Two months later Griffin sent me a bill for the entire amount so I called my insurance company - turns out Griffin had never submitted the written prescription. I called SEVENTEEN times between May 8th and July 17th to get this resolved and they still never submitted the prescription. Most of

I experienced cold and very poor customer service. They would not hold a check or take a credit card number while they checked my insurance coverage; my options were to return to their very inconvenient location after they checked or file for the coverage myself. Then they refused to take a return of an item (seat cushion) that I had used for 10 minutes because it is had been removed from the bag. I will do all I can to avoid doing business with them going forward. I would rate 0 stars if the rating system would allow it.

Unorganized and provided inaccurate information consistently over multiple phone calls. I would not recommend ordering supplies from this office as you will likely have to wait at least a week when informed that an orders should only take a day and will require multiple follow ups on your part. Spend your time, money and hopefully less effort elsewhere.

Went to Griffin to purchase disposable catheters and was told I HAD to have a prescription. Obtained one from Hospice nurse and went back the next day to pick them up. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes 2' from a man who continued to work on his computer and never acknowledged my presence. When someone finally came in to the room to help there was a problem with insurance. Now he would sell them over the counter for $2.95 each! Went home and found that I could order same ones on line for .69 cents each, no prescription, no hassle! Is this Medicare fraud? SHOP SOME PLACE ELSE! I gave them one star
