Massachusetts requires all transportation network company (TNC) vehicles, such as Lyft and Uber vehicles, to pass an annual Transportation Network Inspection. This inspection is in addition to the safety and emissions inspections. It can be performed at the same time by a licensed inspection station or within 12 months of obtaining a transportation network driver certificate, whichever comes first.

We have always had great service when bringing in our family cars. Recently we brought our Honda Pilot in because of bad vibrations in wheels and steering when going highway speeds and had safety concerns. Millville Service came recommended to me from a local contractor, and I am so happy he pointed me in this direction. I moved to the area recently and needed a local auto repair center. Super friendly staff. Fast, efficient follow-up. Easy drop off and my car was ready when promised. They let me know exactly what was needed and what wasn't needed. I had rear brakes and an oil change done.

Great place! Neil and the guys do good work, charge fair prices, and are always friendly 😊 He even helped me out when my expensive Hybrid SUV shorted out and become an expensive (very large) paperweight 😕 I was actually able to get some money in trade and a new car at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

I have brought my cars to Millville service for at least the last ten years. I have never had an issue and have been so satisfied with the shop that I bring my in-law’s cars there also.
Most recently, my wife’s car needed several repairs. I Broke my foot a few days before the appointment and lost the ability to drive until the cast comes off. I needed to coordinate a ride for my wife to get the truck and Neil and his team actually stayed after hours to complete the work so we were able to get it when we had a ride available.

The process for scheduling an appointment was easy. During my appointment, they took my car right in and everything was done efficiently. I was a first time customer and was treated as if I was a long time customer. All the staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was very welcoming. Neil is a nice guy, and I had been a customer for years. Be forewarned however lately the markup on parts is huge, so definitely get a second opinion on more expensive work that they quote. Labor rate is $80 per hour. I paid $1400 to get an oil change, a control arm replaced and one catalytic converter replaced (along with 2 oxygen sensors). Shame on me for not shopping around but I put my faith in them that I was getting quality work at a fair price. Only after I paid was I tipped off I was raked over the coals. Again, shame on me.
