John Lowinski-Loh and his wife, Cheryl, have owned and operated Auto Go, Inc. in Milford, MA since 1985. From childhood on, John has always had a passion for cars and trucks and attended vocational school to specialize in the automotive repair field. After graduating, he worked for a local Shell station before venturing on his own with a stocked mobile truck.

Got in a car wreck and the police called in a tow for me. Auto Go picked it up, but I had to get it towed to another auto shop in Milford to get the body work done. We coordinated with Milford Auto Body and Collision Repair on Monday to get the car towed over there but it wasn't done until Thursday because Auto Go was able to charge me a storage fee to keep it in their lot. When I went to go pay for the tow, Ryan said that the full price was around $500 but that he was going to take some of the money off and only charge me around $350. Later, when I did the math, I realized that this $350 number

I went to auto go out for frustration and shoddy work from my mechanic. I was greeted by a big guy with a very soft demena. Easy to talk to and willing to listen. They did a front end alignment. I needed one desperately because I got new tires. After completing the work( at what I considered a very fair price. $99.00)I was presented with a print out telling me how out of alignment my front and rear tires were and where they were after they completed the alignment. I was BLOWN AWAY with this report! My car is now riding PERFECT! I found oil stains on my freshly recoated driveway and emediatlly

I was extremely happy with all the services that they offered for my 1987 classic corvette. I was never concerned with leaving it overnight, they always treated my vehicle like it was there own and would lock it inside the garage for me. They always could find out the problems when I would call and make appointment for different situations that arise when owning a classic car.

Know your car and parts, or go with a male, super nice guys here but WILL RIP YOU OFF 3X over the actual part cost, labor pricing is RIDICULOUS PLEASE call around and compare prices, I got a quote for a CV axel (right front), alignment and oil change at this place for $700 + CRAZY when I called another place who quoted me less than $400! SO CALL AROUND and don't get ripped off !

My truck broke down in Milford. I called a Auto's Part store and Peter recommended Auto Go. I called them immediately. Ryan was very helpful and friendly. I had AAA tow it to his shop Friday late afternoon and I received a call Monday midday that it was all fixed. I only wished I lived closer to have my vehicle service through Auto go in the future. I can't thank Ryan and his team enough for the diligence and response fixing my vehicle.

Was introduced to Auto Go by a neighbor back in 2010, but I refused to go anywhere but my dealership - BIG MISTAKE! Finally took the advice from a AAA Service truck driver and brought my present car in a few months ago. I've had a lot of work done to the old girl and have gotten nothing but Top Notch service and fair pricing from John and his team at Auto Go. I was in a dire situation. While I was mowing a path through a wet area, I managed to get my 5,000 pound John Deere full size farm tractor stuck in mud. Really stuck. Bottom of the tractor in the mud stuck.… Tried for 3 days to get it out. One tow company looked at the job and said no way. Several others I called declined even to come out. I have used Auto Go a few times now and have had a positive experience. John is very honest, straightforward, fair and keeps you in the loop. I recently dropped my car off on a Thursday evening and John called on Friday to give me an update of the progress they had made in diagnosing my issue. On Monday I received a call saying my car was done. I was greeted by a friendly employee and quickly helped. I would recommend their services.

I've been going there since my brother in law introduced me to the owners of the business .their prices are a lot less than a lot of the other shops in the area , I've dealt with there competition in town before but I didn't care for the attitude at their competition or there prices . The staff at auto go are all ways friendly and polite and have always explained the repairs on our vehicles and have always been fair with the cost of the repairs. They get the job done right the first time and on time .

Aaa brought our car here and not only did they charge us for a 45 dollar diagnostic that we didn't ask for, I sent a tow truck to pick it up and when i said I wasn't paying for something I didn't agree to they threatened to lock my car in storage until I paid them. This is certainly a true five star business. Lue or Lou (not sure how he spells it) is amazing. I brought in my Cadillac to have it inspected because we are having our first child. Give an auto repair business free reign and say tell me whats wrong? That's almost always asking for a budget buster. Plus replacing anything on a Cadillac is costly. They really took the inspection seriously. My bill was fairly priced for the work they did. I was absolutely satisfied. Amazing. This dude is a true class act. Super friendly and honest.
