I had my first visit at Dr. Tucker’s office in December 2020. I recieved a bill in the mail a month later, This practice will bill your insurance for things you did not have done and bill for the same service multiple times using different billing codes. I attempted call many times and the phone goes unanswered. If you are able to finally get to talk to someone, I hope you don’t speak with Anthony. I have spoken to Anthony three times regarding this billing issue and have been met with attitude from the very beginning of the phone call. I was yelled at for wanting to understand what I was being

Love Dr. Tucker and his clinical staff! However, the new faces of the front end staff need to pull it together. Last I was there I didn’t get asked if I had new insurance, which I did. The individual who was checking me out wanted to charge an older balance with the present visit of which my FSA card would not cover because it is illegal to pay for previous services rendered outside of an FSA’s eligibility period. I had explained this and the changes in my insurance only to get a call later that same day telling me how my new insurance wouldn’t pay for a previous year’s DOS. I politely

Went for my first visit. Absolutely love the staff. Dr. Tucker was great too. Bottom line is if he keeps the moral like it is then I will be there forever. Everyone spoke, good morning or hello, also when leaving they were like have a great day. Thats a plus for me because it makes me feel valued as a patient.

I first saw Dr. Tucker in the late 1960's. He was highly recommended by a local endodontist. I have been his patient since then, with the exception of 16 years when I was out of the area. Dr. Tucker is exceptionally competent, has wonderful patient skills, and has upgraded equipment and technology.
I have never had to return to get something corrected. I have always been brought into a treatment room within 0-10 minutes of my appointment time. In summary, anyone would be hard pressed to find a better general dentist!
