Services
Dr. Gaetano Gialanella has been offering excellent dental treatment to residents of Albany, NY for over thirteen years. He was honored when his younger brother, Theodore chose to follow in his footsteps and enroll in NYU's College of Dentistry. After graduation, Theodore joined his brother Gaetano, and their practice became Gialanella Family Dentistry.
Naomi is our Practice Administrator and has been working in the dental field since 2002. She strives to make dentistry understandable and affordable for every patient. Naomi has completed numerous hours of continuing education in order to equip herself to best serve our patients including training at the prestigious Schuster Center for Professional Development in Scottsdale, AZ.
The goal at Gialanella Family Dentistry is to provide the highest quality dental care at the most reasonable cost. All payments are due at time of service unless prior arrangement have been made. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We are happy to complete all insurance paperwork on your behalf.
Steve had a lot of failing dentistry, jaw muscle issues, jaw joint issues and missing teeth. He was grinding through the porcelain on his crowns. We used an appliance to establish a new bite height and bite scheme. The missing teeth were replaced with dental implants. The other teeth were re-crowned to establish a new bite scheme that would allow less force on his teeth.

I was rushed into Dr. Gialanella’s office after a traumatic soccer injury, my three front teeth were knocked out of place and dangling. Dr. G and his brother Dr. G (Ted) quickly came to their office on a Saturday afternoon to help, they did an amazing job and within an hour or two I was out of their office with my teeth back in place. If they hadn’t rushed to their office to help me my situation could have ended very differently and I am so thankful for their amazing work and excellent care.

As other commenters have said, Dr "Guy" will give you the most thorough dental exam you've ever had in your life. He is meticulous about providing the highest level of care and will spend extra time with you to make sure everything is up to his standards. I was referred to this office because Dr. Gialanella treats some of the most complex dental issues in the Capital District. Although my dental experiences prior to coming to this office were horrid, since becoming a patient of Dr Gialanella I have made significant, positive progress - proving he lives up to his reputation. I've moved numerous times over the years, and as a result had to change dentists often. Now that I'm settling in to Albany NY, I'm glad I found Gialanella Family Dentistry. I've never been to a more modern, clean and professional dental office. The staff is well-trained and friendly, and Dr. G is top-notch. Highly recommended.
