You are required to know what your insurance does and does not cover. Co-pays will be collected at the time of visit. You do have the option to choose the out-of-pocket discount with the exception of Medicare. If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, OR if you miss the appointment with no notice, there is a $60.00 charge.

I have been going to Donna for multiple appointments. I have always been happy with the quality care her office provides. I have referred both my sister and my mother as they are new to the area. They both have been very satisfied with their choice. This practice that Donna has is a true blessing to our community. She is true to her mission in helping the community. I'm a single, busy mom working full time. I called ahead of time to let them know I was not going to be able to make my appointment. At the time they were fine with it and then at my next appointment they want to bill me 160+80 for past missed appointments. When they did not tell me this when I called to let then know. They insist on you making an appointment before you leave hoping that you will miss it..very money hungry and cold people. I will be finding another provider that actually takes insurance. I wouldn't go here unless you have plenty of money to toss at them.

Over the years I have had many different Health Care experiences and known lots of Medical people. I needed help when I found this place and Donna was simply the Best Most Caring person I have had the pleasure of working with. The first thing she asked me was how she could help, Not if I had insurance or how I was going to Pay. I tell anyone who ask me about where to find help and This is the first place I tell them about.

Very friendly staff, walked right in, was seen right away both times I visited. Once for myself and once for my son. I highly recommend going here rather than urgent care. It was easier than going to my dr. I plan on going soon to get an ekg rather than dealing with referrals and my ins. A gem here in the valley for those without insurance. Highly recommend it.

I can not express enough how happy I am to have found this place and the amazing provider and front desk lady Samantha! They always take such good care of me. One time I was starting to have a panic attack about something I had been seen here for the day prior, the doctor got right on the phone with me and helped me not only tell me what my body was doing and why but also take my anxiety away too! I have never had a doctor help me over the phone, always only told by the front desk that I cam schedule an appointment to he seen again. Amazing work here!!!
