My cat, Lilly, had a great dental cleaning. The before and after pictures are amazing. She has her pearly whites back and shows then off with a sneer from time to time. The tech was very professional and spent time showing and explaining her X-rays. Lilly was lightly sedated for the procedure and was her normal self when I picked her up that later afternoon. Great results! Very pleased again😸.

I can’t even begin to tell you what a wonderful, kind hearted, gentle, and compassionate person Dr. John Shapira is. He got me through the loss of my beloved Labrador during a personal crisis. I am so thankful that our paths crossed; he brought comfort during a very heartbreaking time in my life. Although my companion was not able to be saved, my interaction with Dr. Shapira is hands down the best memory of my dog’s last days.

This veterinarian clinic is in a decent location with good parking. Cost wise it seems fairly priced. The vet is very kind and helpful, and gives quality time to you and your pet. The clinic has lots of resources. The hours have been more flexible now as well. They have an app that helps with the ease of working with scheduling needs, ordering medications, etc. Overall, I recommend this vet clinic.

The team at Straley was very helpful! We are adopting a puppy who had his initial vet check at Straley. They were very quick at providing us and our vet with his records. They answered the numerous questions we had and responded very quickly. Sue is very friendly and helpful! Based on our limited interactions, we couldn't be happier with the experience!

Communication could be better at Straley's. They prescribed my dog three different medications which she's been taking and they have definitely helped. However, when I asked the pharmacy to refill them recently, they told me that Straley's didn't approve the refill because I needed to bring my dog in for a six-month check. I have no problem with that, but it would have been nice to hear that from Straley's rather than the pharmacy. Also, it would have been nice to get a heads-up before I ran out of two of the three medications. Compared to our last vet (Centre Animal Hospital

The doctors here seem to care- but you've got to get through the girls at the counter first. If they're not downright rude, they are slow and absent-minded.
In the past I've been told that 2 of my pets had cancer, but upon taking them elsewhere, I was told they did not- and I still have them years later, happy and healthy. Always get a second opinion!

The receptionist, Tara, is awful and combative. I called about cremation services, and Tara was insulting, rude and tried to pick a fight with me, ostensibly because I dared to ask her to tell me the costs of services!
I know. How awful, right? Well, she told me how rude I was because I asked for a price quote!
If her goal is to ALIENATE CUSTOMERS, she's highly successful. Thanks, but I think my beloved pets will get better care from an office with a staff that can at least feign empathy. These people act like sociopaths.
