TRI stands for Turn key real estate investing. We strive to offer the absolute best customer service to our clients, throughout the triad. Services
Owner/Operator Courtney Fields has experience in all aspects of the Real Estate business. Before her real estate career, she obtained her Interior Design degree. She worked in the kitchen and bath industry as a designer, as well as for a design firm in the Triad area. She designed homes from the floor to the roof, helping her clients and builders coordinate finishes, and meeting with builders and contractors on and off site.
Experienced managers understand the challenges that accompany rental homes, which makes the services they provide invaluable to their landlords. Before you sign on the bottom line, make sure you and your potential management company have the same understanding and goals for your investment. TRI Property Pros is proud to be a part of the Triad REALTOR association.
We have an online service that handles all of our maintenance request. Tenants are instructed to fill out a maintenance request, which goes straight to the property manager by email and text. Since we have been in the housing market for so long, we have some of the finest specialist and vendors in the Triad.
We manage medium to higher end homes that rent between 850.00 and up and Condos and Town-homes that rent 700 or higher. Duplex, four-plex, office suites, and apartments - Please contact our Property Manager for those quotes. They change depending on the size quantity and location. We want to work with people who take pride in their investments, because we take pride in what we manage.

Have tried to contact you in different forms (call, text, social media) and haven't received a response. If business is too overwhelming for you, you need to look into hiring an assistant. It seems like you select who you want to work with instead of being open to all clients.
