I’m a little annoyed and disappointed. I found a house that I was absolutely in love with. Took the time to apply, paid my dues (by the way if there’s multiple people on the application, you have to pay two separate applications fees), only to receive a call the following afternoon stating there’s a pending lease. Don’t worry, they WONT give you your money back but you’re more than welcome to wait around for possible listings within a SINGLE month. I have been working with Mike and the Realty Consultants team for several months now. We have about 15 properties that they are managing. They are great at communicating, quick to turn any vacant properties, and are always willing to help with anything we ask of them. One of the best things is that they have in-house staff that can take care of minor repairs so our tenants are never left waiting for weeks to resolve issues. Thank you guys!!!

Absolutely the worst rental company I've dealt with. The majority of positive reviews are from property owners, not from those renting. That should be an indicator in itself of how you are treated. Don't expect much, you won't be let down.

The property was wonderful. Elizabeth was great to work with. What was not is after my move out instead of sending me via email--like could have been done since Gina contacted me this way about fees I would need to pay---a summary of post moveout fees I was turned directly over to a collection company. I moved out 7/5 and a collect company contacted me 8/2 for fees associated with moving out. I have been rebuilding my credit to buy a house and to have this happen is ridiculous when a summary/bill could have been sent. I’ve been living in my home for about one year and I like it very much! Gina and Elizabeth work in the office and are both very helpful. Jason was the person that handled maintenance requests and was always very professional when he came in to fix things. This office is COVID-conscious and they always wears masks when entering the home/when I go by the office. Thank you for this experience!

Moving into a new place and area is very stressful. Being a single mom of two makes it that much more stressful! With the help of Realty Consultants Property Management made sure my experience with them was smooth and painless! We are in our dream home and love it! Realty Consultants Property Management handles all the details of our rental house. We don't live locally and their responsive team gives us confidence that our income property is in good hands. I especially appreciate the care they take in vetting potential tenants and communicating with us.

Keeps the owner informed through electronic owner portals of ongoing financial transactions, inspections, repairs. They submit prompt payments to owners as well. Owners never have to confer with the tenants..Realty Consultants handle this also. Would definitely recommend to other owners.
