Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your place. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed.

Let's start with the personable staff, Deidre was wonderful and shared some information on Art Basel and what to expect. She held a wonderful conversation and was very professional. The hotel was very clean and nicer than expected to be honest. The restaurant down below was a nice option to have to wait while checking in.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very welcoming, room was sparkling clean, had everything I needed such as iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels, coffee etc. Free delicious breakfast up to 10am, & convenience of a restaurant downstairs that serve all kinds of delicious meals.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, and I'm impressed because the transactions I had from them were smooth and easy. Upon checking in the staff here are very polite and accommodating and even guide me cordially to where my room is located. This place is the best, especially if you are on vacation or business. Great stay! Clean located perfectly. Just wish the pool hours and patio hours were extended. Pool closes when the sun sets, Miami is beautiful to be outside at night. I wish the hours were changed to close like at 11:00pm or 12:00am. It would give time for people that have late check-ins a chance to enjoy the areas or for those who’d like to enjoy the outside vibe. The security staff were polite as well!

I was pleasantly very surprised by this hotel. I know that downtown hotels are often a bit more spruced up, but this honestly felt like one brand higher with their recent (and ongoing) remodel. Our room was very nice, the breakfast area in the lobby was great, and you can't throw a stone without hitting a restaurant - so many options. AND Brickell City Centre is within walking distance.
