I have attended your practice for the last 3 years. Besides the normal routine, several new crowns were needed. This was done in a most efficient and professional way. Staff are extremely friendly and try to put you at ease, The result-a brilliant smile and no hesitation to come back or recommend your practice at any time.

Excellent staff, always diligent and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Never had a problem, and I have never been disappointed in the quality of work! Scheduling an appointment is super quick, and the email/text reminders are very helpful. Great service, great staff - no reason to look anywhere else.

I do not know how much stock I would put in Yelp reviews for a professional, but since I just gave a review about an attorney here, why not my dentist? The reviews here are very disheartening and do not reflect my experience with Dr. Hero in any way whatsoever. No offense to Yelp, but there are other sites littered with 5 star reviews that much better reflect Dr. Hero and her staff.

I"ll rate their dental practice a ZERO.
I went there get a cleaning and brought my x-rays from my last dentist as I had recently moved to the area.The receptionist seemed fine and filled the usual paperwork and went back with the hygienist. The hygienst decided I needed full x-rays 18 of them. I showed them mine. The front desk woman (mine were not good enough according to the two of them, no Dr. "Hero" in sight , I asked if my ins. would pay for them they(why the "hygenist was involved in the financial end I don't get) You have to pay for them they said, I can&apos

The WORST dentist. She is not only a terrible dentist but on a crown,(which I probably did not even need) she charged my insurance (without me knowing) every time I walked through the door to repair her mistakes. She didn't seat the crown and it popped off. She left the crown to high and said it would settle. Standard of care is that when you pay hundreds of dollars for a crown that includes all the visits until it is cemented in permanently. I got taken for a very expensive ride, do not do the same.
