After I posted the below review my wife was contacted by a representative of Ricci. He (apparently the original owner's son) was very anxious to ameliorate the damage. He came to the house, examined the work, suggested the problem was caused by a tile guy who is no longer with the company and gave her a check for about half of what it will cost to repair the damage. He also said he would have done the repairs himself for free if we had contacted him earlier (we hadn't). Since he made a good-faith effort to make things right I've raised my review from one star to four.
