Recommended. On time and professional. We had full 2 new systems installed. This is redesign from a one HVAC system (2 story) house as part of a whole house renovation that required relocation of current system and locating and ducting for a new additional system. Not an easy job, but done perfectly.

The service tech arrived on time (I rec’d call that he was on his way) and was extremely polite and professional throughout the process of routine maintenance. They remind me each twice each year when it is time for the bi-yearly check-up and have plenty of dates to choose when making appointments. Very pleased with their service so far!

If I could give Waccamaw 10 stars, I would.
I recently discovered a couple of watermarks on my ceiling sheetrock. After a quick inspection myself, I found that condensation was forming on a main duct in the attic. Waccamaw Heating and Cooling had replaced the AC unit 2 years prior, but we could not remember if they had replaced or re-wrapped the ducts in the attic.
Brett and Jay came out and after their inspection determined that all the ducts needed to be re-wrapped. I was prepared to pay whatever it cost to get this done and waited for Brett to get back to me with the cost. Brett Called a couple

In June 2021 there was an issue with the air conditioning unit and we contacted Waccamaw Heating & Cooling service. A technician arrived, looked at the thermostat and deemed the unit to be operational. At this juncture, I had this property rented out for a wedding. The weather was very hot and keeping cool conditions for the guests was imperative. Suffice it to say , the first visit by their technician yielded no results as the unit was still not properly cooling and remained hot. Nevertheless, we were left with an emergency service invoice. We subsequently called the service a second time and
