A new baby is the most precious gift that you will ever experience. Holding those tiny little bundles of joy is the highlight of my day. Each and every baby is beautiful and special in their own unique way. I always love going through the photos after the session and finding that group of magical portraits.
I am the mother of four (including twins!) and married to a great guy. My twin daughters were only 3 and 4 pounds when they were born so I am very familiar with handling precious little preemies. The experience of having preemie babies has made me hyper aware of the importance of keeping a high standard of a clean environment to welcome your new baby into.

I was already in love with her photos before we took our baby girl for a session. Denise was so flexible with our due and birthdates. We were 2 weeks late but she did her best to schedule a session for us before the holidays.
Her instructions before we went there were very clear. When we went there they prepared an amazing, calm, warm environment for the baby and for us as well.
Denise and her assistant are amazing and very professional. Photo session took 1,5-2 hours and the photos were so cute and I want to print every single photo in the gallery and put on our house walls.

Denise and her assistant are true Baby whisperers! Willow Baby Photography was recommended by not only several friends but also by my OBGYN! She had taken her babies in to Willow baby as well and her pictures were amazing! I was so excited to go and I can tell you that Denise did not disappoint!

One of the best decisions I have ever made was to go to Willow Baby! Denise took ever single precaution to make sure everything that touched my baby was perfectly sanitized and I felt super comfortable at her beautiful home studio. Honestly, we had second thoughts and then my friends told me that i would regret not getting these pictures of my 3 month old. I decided to go through with the session and was completely at ease with the entire session. Then once we got the gallery back we were so blown away with every single image!! I am so pleased that I found Denise online. I chose her because the photos on her website were just so impressive. She absolutely did not disappoint. I chose Denise among all others because I feel comfortable with her handling my newborn. She make sure herself and staff are immunization updated, sick-free and she also have years of experience handling newborns. I continue my baby first year with her including Christmas session and the one year cake smash. The pictures turn out so great and those are so dear for me to keep.

Our baby was 9 days old when we did her newborn pictures. The Shelter in Place (SIP) orders were in place and because of this, all the pictures had to be done in an outdoor setting rather than indoor like we originally planned.
Given the circumstances, Denise and her team did a wonderful job!
All the pictures were done in Denise's backyard, but the setup was perfect! She had outdoor heating to ensure our baby was comfortable at all times. She also had a sanitizing station for clients, and she and her staff wore face masks and gloves for the entire session.

Denise is THE BEST!! She is such a wonderful photographer, but not only that, she knows all the tricks and tips to have your baby ready and smiling for photos. She is very responsive. She has now taken photos of our 1 year old 3x. I'm obsessed! Worth every penny - even your husband will agree after he sees her in action & gets the photos back ;)

We highly recommend Denise of Willow Baby Photography! Denise took photos of my toddler and baby girl who was about to turn 100 days old. She was super professional and really wonderful to work with! We had to take photos outside given the Covid-19 restrictions, but this did not get in the way! Denise had a beautiful set up and also made sure that everything was clean. We felt very comfortable. Lastly, our photos turned out beautiful!!! We love them so much. If you are looking for a baby photographer, I highly recommend Denise!

I searched for the very best newborn photographer in the bay area and finally settled on Denise at Willow Baby. My OBGYN recommended her to me since she had used her for both of her babies. My shy two year old daughter fell in love with her which was a miracle since she never warms up to strangers. Turns out, Denise is a former kindergarten teacher and has a true love for working with siblings.
I appreciated how she is very upfront with prices and she doesn't ask you to spend anymore nor nickel and dime you. The prices were great since you get the edited high resolution images and get them printed

I had my daughter's one year photos done here, and my only regret is that I didn't book Denise earlier for more baby pictures! She was so easy to work with, was great at getting my daughter to smile and engage, and gave me very clear directions about how to help position her for different shots.
At her in home studio, she has a ton of backdrops and props set up for a variety of photo themes, and a few outfits and accessories as well. She also keeps every nice and warm so if you are bringing in a newborn you don't have to worry about them being uncomfortable.

Willow Baby Photography/Denise is the very best of the best in every way! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. She made an effort to make sure my son was comfortable in the environment/with her before starting. She was so great with him and was able to get lots of smiles! I could not be more happy with the way the photos came out! When I saw the video she made from the session it brought tears to my eyes. A long over due review to Denise and her team for our son's newborn photos. As first time parents my husband and I were unsure of what to expect and how a few hours of photos would pan out with a newborn. Denise is phenomenal!!! We took our baby to get his newborn pictures with her this July. She is extremely warm and professional, very easy to work with. Her and her assistant are amazing with babies. Like seriously, a baby whisperer. They knew exactly what to do to calm him and take some truly beautiful pictures. The best baby photographer you can find in the area!! Denise is truly a gifted artist who can create magical moments that last forever. We had a photo session when my son was 10 months old, over 2 years ago, we drove all the way from Pleasanton and it was so worth it. Every time I look at the photos , I admire her work with big smile on my face!

This review is looooonnnngg overdue. Denise is such a wonderful photographer. She has such an amazing eye and she is soooo amazing with babies! Denise did our daughter's newborn photos and we loved her so much we came back for six month sitter session and her cake smash session. We love all of our photos and are so glad we chose willow baby! I can't even begin to express how amazing Denise is, but I'll try. I've worked with kids for the better part of 20+ years. I train staff to work with kids everyday, and Denise is one of those people that just gets it. Not only is she super easy to work with, but she is an absolute MASTER of her photography craft. We did newborn pictures and 1 year old pics and they are pure amazing. So glad we will have them for ever!

So happy I found Denise! We booked her when I was 4 months pregnant and knew she was the right pick when I came across her website and reviews on Yelp. Denise was very responsive to my emails and super nice. It took 16 days (as promised within 16-18 days) to get our photos back and I'm in love with each and every one.
