This is great spot. Been going here for years and will never stop. If I somehow move to California, I will personally fly or drive back to this same location to have work done on my vehicle. That’s how much I enjoy Daley’s. Darren and tom(main dudes) are freakin awesome and as honest as can be. I’ve got nothing but respect for those guys and their organization.

If you want to get yelled at, talked about, and embarrassed then certainly go here. I know how to drive, was aware of my surroundings, and could see the pump in my side mirror and the guy had plenty of room between the pump and my car. But felt the need to yell "Stop!!!" As I was slowly backing up. Which made the other people stop and stare at me and then made rude comments to his coworker.

My family moved to Norfolk in 1985. We've been using Daley's all that time, almost 30 years now. I can't count the number of jobs Daley's has performed for us: oil changes and tire fixes, mechanical problems, replacing parts, inspecting cars before we bought them...even driving out to our house to jumpstart my mom's car one winter morning.
I've gone through a few cars, and I'm not ashamed to say I've used other shops around Massachusetts. I have even price-compared Daley's on a couple occasions. Every time, Daley's quoted me the best price. And

Do NOT go to Daleys if you need an inspection sticker. they failed me twice for things that have never been a problem in the past and I've had my car for 4 years. even after getting it fixed and being told by my mechanic that should absolutely pass (he also told me that he would have passed me in the first place if I just went there) they still failed me. not only that but they're overpriced, screw daleys

I live in within walking distance, and this place is right across from the commuter rail, so if I leave my car here for service I can take the train in to work, it's very convenient. I've had the brakes on both cars done, and a few other things, they did a decent job at a decent price. The staff at the front desk is very courteous and pleasant to deal with. I give it only two stars because when I brought my car in for inspection not long ago, the chubby little mechanic comes out of the back with a long list of really petty things he said my car failed inspection for, including a dent
