We had a great stay here during our trip to KW. The service is excellent and the property was very quiet during our stay. Relaxed atmosphere and easy walk to many of the things we wanted to see and do. Only downside was hearing traffic in the morning (our room backed up to a busy street) and heavy footed neighbors upstairs who were early risers. We loved the heated pool, having our own “front porch” and all of the tiny geckos running around! The staff here is fantastic - while they held our bags so we could go to lunch before our flight, I received a voicemail that I’d left something in the

Really disappointed in this hotel. The rooms are extremely small (so small the honor bar is shoved into the bathroom) and the booking system is very misleading we booked a pool side room and we’re on the second floor. Bathroom fixtures broken, AC that won’t get a room cooler than 77.
If you are checking this place out be very careful. We won’t be back.

Very nice boutique hotel with great ambiance and intimate rooms. The courtyard has a pool it's small but surrounded by lush landscaping. From the time we checked in the staff was friendly and informative. The hotel is a few blocks away from all of the attractions which was a plus. Our room was clean and quaint, we will definitely return here when in Key West

I cannot say enough nice things about our short stay. Having just stayed at the southernmost point we both appreciated the more central location. Upon check-in our room was ready early! Yay!! The courtyard had the perfect tropical vibe and is so romantic at night! While sunbathing we loved watching all the planes coming in. *The only tip I have to offer is while yes the rooms are stocked with a few spirits for purchase unfortunately there’s no beer options. Before you come hit up a store bc once poolside you will not want to leave! As you can see we didn’t! Cheers to red wine! 😜

Had such a wonderful candlelit dinner with a waiter/restaurant manager that gave us the best recommendations. It is a bit off the beaten path - and down a quite street. The dining room is in an old home - and exuded charm. You can't go wrong with the Austrailian rack of lamb. And definitely finish the wonderful dinner off with the deconstructed key lime napolean dessert. I still crave that!
There is a reason why this is rated the number one restaurant in Key West. Well deserved.

We left the Casa Marina near a week early feeling conned and exploited and we used a close friends recommendation (Thank you Wayne and Chuck) and walked here and it was the best decision we had made in accommodations, ever. 5 Stars is an understatement as its like a garden of E'den on the interior with meticulously maintained grounds, landscaping, flora, and pools in front of the rooms. Alex at Marquesa led the way and helped us feel at ease being we were stressed and burned from the Hilton without any good rest or sleep.

The wife and I went here on a Friday night with a 6 PM reservation.
We had the She Crab Soup and it was rich, creamy and full of crab.
Unbelievably delicious - some of the best soup we've had, and we've eaten all over the south. For main course we had Yellowtail Snapper and Pan Seared Grouper. Both were cooked to perfection with a nice crispy sear on the outside, and tender on the inside. It was totally amazing.
In between the appetizer and main course there was a chef compliment of crouton/seafood type of thing that was also very interesting. The atmosphere was great, restaurant was

This restaurant was top of our list to visit in Key West, it seems to get mentioned in every guidebook and blog going.
Sadly we were very disappointed. The food was below average. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with udon noodles. The majority of the noodles were burnt and the flavour was just an overwhelming taste of saltiness. There was no subtlety or depth to the dish. I would have accepted this, maybe been happy with a dish like this for $15 but NOT for $36.00!!!
My husband ordered the scallops with risotto. I think it's safe to say the risotto was inedible. Too much truffle oil and cheese

I chose to dine here after looking at Zagat's ratings and wanting to treat myself to a nice dinner alone outside of hotel room service. I had to walk quite a bit from my hotel (Ocean Key Resort) but it is conveniently connected to the Marquesa Hotel. While I can't speak to the hotel, I loved the restaurant. It was classy with an older demographic and yet a homey place where I felt comfortable eating alone at the bar. The bartender was an older woman and very sweet. She had great recommendations on drinks and food and was friendly, chatting with me the entire time. I ended up ordering

The wife and I were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and with us being foodies I tried to find the best restaurant with great drinks/wine list. After dining at Cafe Marquesa I think I hit the jackpot. The service was excellent and I'm sad to leave.
Drinks:
Key Lime Tini- their version of a key lime martini. It was spectacular. The wife absolutely loved it. MUST order. Highly recommended.
Glasses of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon- both were great.
Food:
Seafood Potstickers: served with kim chee and seaweed salad. I am not sure what seafood was inside these babies, but they

Went here last Saturday with the bf to celebrate my birthday after reading the rave reviews online and hearing good things from the locals.
They had decorated our table with birthday confetti and ribbon- super cute and considerate! The ambiance was exactly what I was hoping for- not too fancy to be stuffy and just small enough to feel intimate.
We ordered martinis to start- bf got a vodka martini with creamy blue cheese stuffed olives. Awesome! We ordered the same drink at A&B lobster the night before and there was no comparison. I ordered the cranberry vanilla rose' martini and it

I am leaning between a 3.5 mostly but I prefer to up it than down it.
Cafe Marquesa was a lovely spot in Key West. It actually really had a feel of being in New Orleans. It was almost like a deja vu in there for me which was hard to put my finger on.
I loved the decor, I loved the ambiance, I loved the architecture of the building.
I really wasn't into the food as much as I should have. On our recent stay in Key West, we stopped at our favorite restaurant the evening before hand, (Santiago's Bodego which I reviewed on their page). Had I went to Cafe Marquesa first, I may have
