I was a referral from a Family friend who did business with this company. Was told that they are professional, and I should give them a shot. I would soon regret that decision when 5 months later I am notified that a refund will not be issued due to a error on the 1040. The company blamed the "Very Expensive" software and that if I would have given them POA they would have fixed the problem. I had to reach out to the IRS not once but twice in order to find out what I needed to do to correct the error. I reached out to the office on several occasions to get this error fixed but it seemed as if everyone
