I thought I had hired a good divorce attorney until mediation. A week before court I had to update my case with him in his office. He was anxious to end this case since I had paid 200.00 an hour , 20 dollar phone calls an 30 dollar e mails numerous months. He charged me for a e mail informing me my ex-attorney had died.After Mediation I was left with 600.00 of my State retirement check to pay my expenses, $300.00 child support for a 29 year old woman that get disability, substantial lump sum to be paid by QUDRO out of my IRA. After approx. 5 months he was dismissed from case failure to transfer

Attorney Factor was very professional and his work and policies were transparent. He went through each part of his retainer contract with me and was always available to answer questions. I hired him for a simple divorce case (no children or property) and his attorney fee reflected that. He moved the case along very quickly and efficiently. Prior to my court date, he informed me what would happen and the questions I would need to answer in front of the judge. He is knowledgable and accessible.
