Timothy Jansen is a nationally recognized criminal defense attorney with 33 years of legal experience. He is a Former Federal Prosecutor that specialized in White Collar and Health Care Fraud prosecutions. Mr. Jansen has defended several complex White Collar cases resulting in acquittals for his clients in federal court.
Ryan R. Davis has spent the last 16 years practicing criminal law in Tallahassee, Florida. Mr. Davis moved to Tallahassee in 1999 after graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Prior to enrolling in law school, Mr. Davis received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia.
Kathleen Bogenschutz (Katie) was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she graduated Pine Crest Preparatory School with both AP and National Merit honors. She attended William and Mary for college where she was active in the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, and multiple other on-campus groups.
At Nova Southeastern University Law School, she co-founded the Criminal Law Society, competed on 3 trial teams and one Moot Court team, and received the highest grade (book award) in Criminal Procedure.In her third year, she was a certified legal intern at the Broward State Attorney's Office, trying six jury trials before she graduated law school.

Ryan Davis got me the minimum sentence possible for my misdemeanor case (where I was not very smart with how I handled getting pulled over), I wish I had posted my thanks sooner. At first I thought I got a rough deal (as seen in other reviews by Herman's and a Link Porter, we were initially upset) but turns out i got the lightest punishment possible. I highly recommend them, I dont know much about court workings but I didnt see any jail time which was amazing. Whatever you're going through I hope it works out but having these guys at your back is definitely a good idea.

Do NOT recommend. Horrible experience. Promised my son an outcome that was never an option. *** I felt the need to edit my original review above due to recent events after reading the below blanket statement response. I believe wholeheartedly that Ryan Davis misrepresented what he could do for my son. I tried to call Mr. Davis regarding this and he told me that he would call me back after receiving permission from my son to talk to me. He called my son and admonished him for having me call. He never returned my call. I sent him two emails regarding this situation. He has threatened to take action

Ryan Davis came highly recommended from a close friend and after a brief interview, we were relieved at last. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! I retained Jansen while I was facing a controlled substance w/o prescription felony. After reviewing many lawyers I went with him, not sure how I missed all the bad reviews but just needed to move forward with a lawyer. he made a depressing time even more scary and anxious. Never could talk on the phone without an appointment. Set up appointment- no call. One time I got him on phone, he was munching on lunch on the other end. I retained Jansen & Davis when my son got a ticket for misdemeanor pot possession in 2012. The service, as stated in writing, was to include having the case sealed or expunged. Once I paid the full amount up front, communication was sketchy at best. My son was never facing jail time and he completed the community service mandated by the court. Afterward, my phone calls were not returned and they never had the record sealed. Since that is really the only service I paid for, we would have gotten the same result if he had gone into court on his own with no lawyer.

We retained Jansen & Davis to help our daughter who was arrested for drug possession.
My husband and I live in California so we had to try to handle this matter from across the country.
We assumed this law firm would look out for our daughter's best interest. That certainly didn't happen.
Our first mistake was to pay the full $5,000 up front. Once we did that we pretty much sealed our fate.
Except for the initial first or second phone call with the attorney our daughter pretty much had deal with Jansen & Davis on her own.
They never returned her phone calls. They never let her
