I currently hold a Personal Training Certificate with the American Council on Exercise and I am a certified 200 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor. My mission is to open a clear path for you as an individual to hit your physical, emotional and spiritual target while enjoying yourself in the process. Yoga helps build you into a stronger person both inside and out.

Asanas, exercises are taught to help you develop the skills from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of poses with modifications to suit a range of levels starting from beginner. Exercising using Yoga poses feels good and fits with every healthy lifestyle.
