My transmission literally went out in front of this place and I called them to tow me home and mind you I have full coverage and AAA roadside assistance with tow included .. well the told me I had to pay them… and let my insurance company reimburse me. well that's not how its supposed to work. so I sat there for an hour waiting on another tow company to come get me and didnt charge me a dime.. They charged my insurance company . They didnt even try and offer to call my statefarm to verify they just said no they wanted their money up front and was very rude. I would never recommend them to

James from Autow's just rescued us. Somehow when we stopped for gas, I inadvertently locked our daughter in the car. Our phones, wallets, keys and daughter wetter locked in the car. The wonderful owners of Jet-Fill, where we getting gas, called Autow's and James showed up and nearly instantly unlocked our car, whilereassuring me that everything… was going be okay. We are so thankful our daughter truly was fine. What a horrible, horrible hopeless feeling.
