I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am when they opened to get the oil changed and tires rotated. I returned at 2:45 pm to pick it up. They told me to give them an hour and they would get right on it. I told them they had it for seven hours and that was plenty of time to work on it. I will not be going back. I would give a zero star rating if that was an option.

Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, quality products. Was very impressed to have an alignment and get some really nice tires all in the same morning after other shops have taken upwards of 2 weeks for similar services. They have a seasoned alignment technician that can find and fix the problem without throwing unnecessary parts at the vehicle. They also have quality products in stock or will have them exactly when expected! Thank you for a solid experience!

I had my car towed there yesterday because it completely shut down and would not start. (I tried to jump it off before having it towed... by a 2500 HD AND by the tow man with his jump box. It wouldn’t start for anything) PRIOR to having it towed there, I called Cobb to get pricing on an alternator and battery. They told me to just bring up there so… they can look at it and they’ll give me a price. So, in a panic, that’s what I did. 🤦🏻♀️

Poor communication. Told us our vehicle would be ready by noon and when we went to pick it up they said it would be the next day. They told us they would call us if was going to take longer. Only one person wears a mask in the building during a pandemic. Sad company that does not care about their customers or employees.

Bought 2 rear tires there on 5-5-20 for my daughters BMW. Yesterday one of the new back tires blew out and had wire showing. Took car back because tires were only a month old, to get replaced. On further inspection.. only one tire was replaced on 5-5 even though we paid for 2. Associate accused us of taking new tire off and replacing with old one (which they kept btw) to get a free tire. Refused to warranty tires or give us our money back on a tire we never received. It was only by the grace of God my 17 yo daughter didn't get hurt!

Had it delivered to Cobb automotive with the promise from Shane they could perform the task the price was 1,200 which was paid in full. They charge me another 380.00 for nuts and bolts found on the shop floor. My alternator top bolt was cross trended. Wires rap with black tape and twisted together .They told me to take my car to amaco after they burn out my transmission now to repair that was 2,000 dollars. On top of that my car had fuel pump and carburetor issues they couldn't fix. They said come get your car it's nothing we can do. Basically they

There's a reason I always buy my tires at Cobb Automotive and Tire Center. Last week I needed new tires immediately (due to my own procrastination) before we left for a major road trip. Randy and his crew went out of their way to get us set up in time. On the trip we ended up next to a big truck that suddenly swerved, forcing me to slam on my… brakes at over 70 MPH. The old tires might have survived that or they might not. If they hadn't then we might not have survived it. The new tires did great and, fortunately, this is a boring story instead of a tragedy. Thanks guys!

I stopped in here on 8/5/2019 to get my tires rotated and balanced. The job was quick and the people were friendly enough. I had purchased brake pads for my car to do myself, but asked for a quote to have them install them. It was too much for me, so I just installed the brake pads myself the next day. You can imagine my surprise when I discovered… that all my lug nuts on the front two tires were 'hand tight'. Not a single one was torqued. And I had driven almost 100 miles on them that day (I work nearby, but live in GA).

My experience with Mr. Cobb's business was very positive. My impression was he cares more about service than he cares about your wallet. Sure maybe a big-box store could beat his prices on tires, but they couldn't touch him on service and experience.
We live almost 200 miles from his shop and were "introduced" through a breakdown. If we were closer, this would be the regular place for us to have our vehicle repaired/serviced. 5 Stars.
