I really do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but I cannot help but want to warn people about the folks at B and B Property Management.
I could not imagine a worse landlord. They didn't own the house we rented, so communication was a nightmare. Everything took weeks to be resolved and when we reported that underside of the house had mice & rats (because of broken screens they hadn't replaced in years), they said we were "complaining". When roofers showed up for a week to replace the roof we were told "roofers may be stopping by".. they never had a clue what was going on at the property. Just countless
