My experience with Genuine Property Management, specifically Lori was extremely positive. Having moved from out of state to the area I was having a difficult time finding a rental. I found many of the rental agencies either didn’t return my phone call or just basically treated me like a number. I was hesitant to contact Genuine because of some of the older reviews. However, Lori quickly returned all correspondence, and really worked hard to find me a rental after the first one I viewed was not quite what I was looking for. Lori at Genuine has been extremely helpful as a property manager, we rented from her for two years and if anything broke/went awry she started getting repairs handled quickly. She was very accommodating when we bought a house worked with us to make the transition very smooth. Would definitely recommend her fully!

I read the posts and the negative are from renters. She has managed my properties so well I have had two other owners use her. She gets back to me immediately and does what she says. I am not a renter but my experience has been excellent and my experience also is that renters can expect deposits back when the place is not clean or other issues.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER!!!! I can not emphasize enough people, please do your homework before doing ANY business with Lori Lewis. she is a scam artist, a con and will try to take you for everything! We almost rented from her. thank God we decided not to, the stunt she pulled was a clear indication of her intentions...MONEY! we applied for a rental and were originally denied, no problem, I thanked her for her time and we moved on. I received an email the next day from Lori stating that she would like to "offer us a deal" to get into the house. she asked for an additional 1,000.00 deposit. more than we

Lori Lewis is an awful person who is hungry for money. She is a scam artist and will find any unreasonable reason to charge you for the smallest damage done to your property. If you rent from Lori, you better keep photos, text messages, notices, and receipts that you receive from her as proof so she can never try to charge you for anything ridiculous. She is a liar and I'm surprised she's still in business. Please don't support this horrible woman.

This place is pretty much a scam. Call her switchboard operator that will not talk to you at all, their excuse(the estate building) is that they answer calls for 35 different businesses.
