Very informative and patient through the decision making process. Ordered an engagement ring for my fiancée and it came out absolutely gorgeous. I brought a gold wedding band that belonged to my great grandma and my grandma. It had been resized in the past and looked worn. I brought it in to get resized again to fit me. When I dropped off the ring, I could see the poorly down fusing from past times it had been resized. I got it back and was astonished at how the ring looked. It looked like a newly purchased ring!! I saw no marks or coverup painting that showed evidence of resizing when I got it back. It also was very affordable! I had it resized two sizes down and it cost less than $50

Karen and Josh were both very helpful throughout the entire process of picking a stone, designing the ring, and helping with all the stressful parts of ring shopping! I was going to wait until I had professional photos of my rings to write a review but I was so impressed with the work I did not want to wait (but I will add later). My engagement ring sits flush against my finger and the original designer said she was too busy to make a band that would match so I emailed 7 local jewelry stores asking if they could make an open band to slide under and sit flush against the engagement band. I had a custom-designed ring made for our 10 year anniversary back in April. Josh did an incredible job. He thoughtfully listened to us and made sure he understood exactly what we had envisioned. He drew a sketch right there at our first visit. Then, he sent us a visual image of the design via email that looked like it came straight out of a magazine. Then, he sent us various price-point quotes (different sizes of stones, different materials for the ring, etc) to make sure we stayed in our budget but still got a ring we loved. I came to the store to figure out the value of a family heirloom I inherited. I was met by the owner Mr. Clark. He quickly did research on my diamond, told me the certificate history, and gave me point blank facts about its value and how much it could sell for. He was such a professional, kind, true businessman. I could not of been more happy with my experience there. Joshua Clark, the owners son, is the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever met. After waiting over 4 months for my ring to get here, Joshua made fun of the ring I made and called it ugly and outdated and said that nobody would want to marry me with that ring. For a company that claims to be Christian, you should be embarrassed to have Joshua as not only an employee, but as someone who directly represents the company. I left without a ring and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Joshua Clark is a disgrace of a man and this company is a joke.

I dropped off my yeti cup with no definite design, other than a general idea of what I wanted. Jesse was extremely helpful & patient throughout the entire process. I couldn't have pictured it better myself. It's perfect in every way, and the professionalism and skill is matched by few these days. Came in a few weeks ago to talk to Joshua about making me a ring using my grandmothers diamond. Wanted to sell my engagement ring and wedding band, which like my marriage, was beautiful and then outdated. So I called Chad Clark at Clark & Co. He spent a lot of time really assessing the diamond, the setting and my feelings about my ex-husband, which was a nice value-add.
