We offer various health & medical services to our members, depending on their individual needs. Please review the types of Medicaid Programs below to help you decide which ways Family Bridge can help you or your family member continue to be an active member of society. The SOURCE program is most common for elderly/disabled clients who fall under a specific income level.
We're always looking for qualified individuals to join our team of exceptional home health care staff. Our clients are our greatest priority, and we need staff members who are not only passionate about their craft, but dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As a registered Medicaid Provider servicing persons with mental health issues and developmental disabilities, all of our prospective employees are required to submit and pass a background check via 3M Cogent, a third-party fingerprinting company.

This review is about their fingerprinting process and service. Please do there.....go elsewhere! They are rude and don’t know how to communicate well.

This place sucks. I have been told that I am next person to do fingerprint, but the lady pointing at me and saying you need to wait. She just skipped me to next person. Her name is Christen.

Be Aware! They are closed for Lunch 12:45-1:45pm.
Considering hours are limited and it's "first come, first serve" while people are on their lunch break, the facilitator needs to be more professional and efficient with less personal conversation and comments. Common pleasantries are expected, but with 6 people in the waiting room and limited time, a simple "Good Afternoon" followed by instructions will suffice.

I had to press a star to leave this comment...
I was sexually assaulted by the cogent finger printer. While walking in the room he came behind me an rubbed me from my shoulders to the middle of my back and told me I was pretty. The owner never returned my calls, after calling the 5th time I finally got him. He said he would look into the situation. I feel so violated!!!!!!

It’s a very bad business practice to have a lunch hour where you are closed mid day to have lunch. Most businesses stop doing this practice because most people go to business for services on their lunch break! They are closed from 12:45-1:45 when they can break up lunches between the people that work there so it wouldn’t close down the whole operation. It’s so annoying for a cusomter to have to sit in a parking lot for an hour for a lunch break when there is a better way to handle lunch breaks.
