If I Can Rate This Place Zero Stars I Would, I Originally Scheduled An Ultra Sound Appointment For The McDonough Location. Once I Arrived I Was Told I Would Have To Go To The Riverdale Location Because There Machines Was Down. So That Meant I Had To Reschedule My Appointment. I Reschedule For The Riverdale Location. I Was Told To Arrive 15 Minutes Early, In Which I Did Only For Me To Be Seen And Hour Later. While Being Seen The Ultra Sound Nurse Was Very Rough. I Informed Her Of The Pain She Was Causing And Her Response Was “Well I Have Other Patients To Do.” In No Way, As A Nurse That Is How

Currently there now and I need to leave this place ASAP. Their lack of communication can really get someone hurt . Sick of the back and forth with them. Front desk staff is terrible. Some of the doctors are ok. Can't say much about them because every time I come in it's a new face who clearly knows nothing about me. I never get told any of my results after a test gets done. I Had low iron in the beginning of my pregnancy and didnt know until just recently now that I am at the beginning of my 3rd trimester . It's just sad. Wish I would've changed sooner. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt

I came here years ago during my first pregnancy and LOVED Dr Gabriel (who is no longer in the practice). Unfortunately I lost that baby at almost 20 weeks due to an incompetent cervix (I didn't know I had). My water broke at home and Dr Gabriel was out of town. Dr Youngblood was on call and told me to go to the hospital and he would meet me there. After sitting in the ER for over 4 hours, I was told I would be admitted. Dr Youngblood never showed up (mind you the only reason we knew we would be losing our child was bc we begged the radiology tech to tell us what was going on, I had absolutely no

I hate this place. First they give me a hard time about my insurance, says I need a new card or they wont see me anymore. So I called and ordered one. That wasn't good enough, so I printed one off the website, still not good enough. Jennifer is always in a rush and blows off all my questions,( I'm a first time mom with miscarriage history, I have question). She didn't wanna give me anything for heartburn and until I had a fit. She didn't call me back for 3 days when I called with back pain. Front desk is rude and always has an attitude. Then when I decided to find a new office I called to have

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE!! My pharmacy tried for 4 days to get in contact with someone to authorize a refill for my birth control pills and NO ONE returned the calls or answered the phone. I called myself 2x and was told "that's not my department" and was transferred all over the place. Left a message for the Clinical Manager, Ann Campbell, she didn't call me back. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with trying to get authorizations on my Rx refill. When I go into the office the wait is BEYOND reasonable. The front desk staff is NOT friendly at all. I will NEVER go back and I encourage other

My OBGYN is a joke! Horrible service, my doctor was really nice (Whitling) however all the other doctors are a joke, and they make you see every doctor at their practice incase your doctor can't deliver your baby, which is understandable but I saw other doctors more than my own doctor! Dr. Meziere is extremely rude, she doesn't have time for her patients, I was told at my appointment that she only had time for 2 questions because she had a busy schedule! What the heck is that?! I am paying for medical care! To be pushed aside is extremely rude and not okay! The midwife is always really rude (Reynolds
