TRG Counseling Coaching & Consulting
We aim to educate people about the interconnectedness of the mind & body while challenging the stereotypes and stigmas that can surround mental health issues and/or treatment. We want to give you the help you need to live a happy, healthy life. Our goal is to bring clients to a deeper understanding of how their behaviors and decisions impact their experiences.

With this awareness, we can facilitate meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. We believe a multidisciplinary approach to care is the most effective, and we promote collaboration with individuals and other stakeholders involved in their care. We also use other approaches such as physical fitness (boxing) and creative arts for an approach to care that is dynamic and adapted to the unique strengths of each individual or group.
Services
Tana Gadelsayed is recognized as a Licensed Independent Social Worker. Since opening her private practice, she has worked with those aged 14 and older. Each client will receive an initial consultation in order to evaluate and determine the best treatment options and create a collaborative plan to meet identified goals. Sessions can include the use of walk & talk, ecotherapy, or mindful boxing, but will be determined by the therapist and client. Walk and Talk Counseling is a unique form of therapy that combines traditional psychotherapy with the physical exercise of walking.
A. Counseling will include talk therapy and use of other treatment modalities i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc. and boxing may or may not be incorporated in sessions. A boxing session will solely focus on learning the fundamentals and techniques of boxing. Although there will be a number of skills built in session, no specific topics will be discussed in relation to the individual or group.

Report
Miss Tana is a great counselor. She talked me through situations that I needed help with and didn’t know how to talk about. She’s the best motivator and showed me how to box so that I could let out my frustrations.
