Rule #1 don’t let an insurance agent on the property you would like to purchase. If they need pictures take them yourself and send them. Agent said he was saving me from being cancelled within 30 day without giving me the chance to clean it up. There was 1 car that needs to be removed, so he called it a hazard. The other 2 vehicles are in good condition. The only thing I wanted was the 30 days and he said sorry not gong to be able to help you. This is not a very good way to help out the local community and make it a better place.
