Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Do not go here, they and Progressive are crooks, have had Progressive insurance for years and 2 months ago they jacked my rates up to $300 a month for minimum insurance trying to force me to pay for PIP medical saying my health insurance does not cover. I am now paying $19 a month.

I've had this agency for several years and have had several problems over the years. I'm a contractor and have several work vehicles through them , my personal vehicles, homeowners and my general liability insurance. Recently my printer was out of ink and by law I am required to carry my up to date or current policy with me at all times, so I asked for a copy of my policy and very rudely they told me I wasn't allowed to have a copy of my own policy that I pay for. These people have a lot to learn about how PROOF of insurance works or what it even means. Needless to say since I'm not allowed to
