Eliza is a graduate of Downeast School of Massage and has been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 2017. She was chosen as the first recipient of Black Owned Maines small business grant (2020) and has an upcoming feature in Massage Today Magazine (2022). Eliza has proven to be a top massage therapist in Midcoast Maine and hopes her business continues to grow with your support!
Massage styles including therapeutic, swedish, deep tissue, craniosacral, sports, assisted stretching & energy healing will be used to meet your individual needs. Hot Stones: Heat promotes muscle relaxation and increases blood flow. Heat retaining basalt lava stones are moved and placed at key points on your body to maximize relaxation and melt tension build up.
Clients may be required to provide a $25 'holding fee' at time of booking. Holding fee will be deducted from total cost at time of checkout or be refunded if appointment is cancelled with proper notice. Client will pay a $25 cancellation fee if cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

Fabulous massage! My regular massage person was on vacation so I went on Yelp and read the positive reviews for Eliza. The reviews were very accurate. I have been fortunate to have had a lot of massages by different people all over the world and I would rate Eliza in the top 5%. Her massage technique was excellent. She has a very warm personality and the ambience of her massage space was very soothing. Enjoy!!

Came in to town to visit family and was desperately in need of a massage. Found Eliza through yelp and decided to see if she had any openings. She responded very quickly and I was lucky enough to steal a spot on her schedule. I am so glad I did. Not only did her prior client tell me she is the best but I can vouch and tell you her massage is a welcome relaxing time. Enjoy!
