My manfriend and I went in for a couple's massage around Valentine's Day since this was the only place offering couple's massages due to COVID restrictions. Overall, the experience was pretty good. We liked the hot stones and room was comfortable. The relaxing music was nice and the massage was good enough until the very end. For some reason, my masseuse (after briefly focusing on my shoulders) decided to pick me up by my shoulders. It all happened so fast, it's hard to explain exactly what she did. It hurt tremendously at the time, but I didn't make a big deal about

Extremely poor customer service and experience. Right when we got there, the owner pressured us to get an “upgrade” from the groupon that was purchased from relaxation to deep tissue. We agreed pay the extra money up front. After we paid the extra money, she proceeded to show us the tip procedure and said its based on the original price. The massage was not good (It was her first day) and the owner complained about our tip afterwards. The massage was only 50 mins instead of 60 mins. The overall experience was not pleasant. I normally would not write a bad review but I would definitely not recommend

I came here for a couples massage last week using a groupon deal with my boyfriend for a couples massage hot stones. Massages was okay . Not the best . It was for a 60 min massage but they had stopped at about 50 min . As we were leaving , we plan on giving them $20 for tip. She pointed to the "tip suggestions" and said this is only for one person so I'd have to tip with my masseuse . 15% for $18. 18% for $22 and 25% for $34. I'm usually a generous tipper but I had thought $10 for each person was good enough with a not so great massage . She had ask for more . I gave her another

I bought a 60 min hot stone massage on Groupon and called & made my appt.
When I arrived the lady at the desk told me I will not get "pressure" in my massage since I was getting a hot stone & if I want that it would be an extra $25....uh what?
I said ok why don't we stick to the massage I already paid for.
The place was decorated very tacky, like another reviewer mentioned one thin see through sheet on top...
The masseuse didn't ask what area to focus on and barely

This spa lacks professionalism and training. I recently got a 90min swedish massage. The entrace is a bit tacky and the flashing fairy lights don't lend itself to a calming environment. There is one bathroom and the sink needs updating.
The room in which I was pointed to, appeared to be clean, however the bed had no warming element and there was a thin sheet to cover with. There was also no conversation with the masseuse as to if I had problem areas. I was only asked to go into the room and the door was closed after me! Enjoyed for what a last minute purchas via Groupon for a 60 minute hot stone message. Clean spacious and very zen like..
I made my reservation, so check in was easy. I was able to pick my aromatherapy scent.
The staff who did my massage never gave me her name or asked about areas that she could spend more attention on. No discussion of what pressure I like.
I was about 10 mins early as I had alot of clothes to take off...she commented on that, but then didn't give me the time or privacy needed. She was in the room while I was changing. So we started maybe 5 mins early, and we ended 10

The “massage therapist”’s lack of knowledge in anatomy led to my injury. She applied a largely incorrect amount of pressure in the therapeutic cup over the scapula which caused spasm, and pain. I explained to her that I needed her to take it off and she did not seem to understand me, I couldn’t reach it because my back was full of cupping. Currently muscle is swollen up and in spasm. On the way out, the receptionist tried to force me into paying an 18 dollar tip for a 30 dollar service. Stay far away....

Absolutely loved my massage here and the customer service was amazing. I did a massage for a friend that's getting married soon and myself and last minute added a third person and the owner was able to make it work for us so we could all get a massage at the same time. She went out of her way to make it possible for us and the massages were amazing. We even got a cute pen as a gift when we were finished! The prices are very reasonable too. We all did the hot stone massage and it was absolutely amazing.

Have been going to these laddies for 4 plus's years now. The beds are comfortable and heated for the winter time comfort. I have tried many other place near hear and across the country. I alway have to come back to the best.
