Services
At BODY WISDOM, we do things a little differently. It's a full circle approach. Most clients arrive in need of massage or nutrition counseling, but stay for the continued learning on all aspects of their health. We offer various modalities and apply them when most appropriate as your needs change over the years.
We respectfully request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing more than 24 hours notice we are often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need.

Your appointment request will be received by our team, and you'll receive a welcome message back with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless. Next, you'll arrive and be greeted by Lori who will walk you through a consultation process.

Lori is professional and empathetic. I have been seeing Lori for over 6 years. She has helped me when doctors couldn't. She is all about SAFETY. I never encounter another client before or after my sessions. She consistently cleans between client visits. It feels like your own private studio when you walk in. I've visited many massage therapists. Lori is by far the Best Eva! She listens to you when you explain your issues before your session and she knows how to read your body during your session. I walk out of there always feeling relaxed and cared for. Thank you Lori.

I started going to Lori about 3 months ago when I somehow threw my neck out. I was doing the conehead thing for a few days (you know, turn your body to turn your head kind of thing). After 1 session with Lori I was back to normal! I tried EVERYTHING up until her; I'm a yoga instructor so constant stretches, Epsom salt baths, husband attempted… massages, massage chairs, ice packs, heating pad, etc. Shes hands down a miracle worker! I have been looking for someone like Lori for a long time, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about her. She cares about her clients and is dedicated to helping them feel better permanently not just after a massage. Lori’s skill, professionalism, kindness, and personability is top level. I have been getting massage therapy from her for almost 9 years and it is a key factor in keeping my body and mind tuned up. As someone who has suffered with herniated discs, and multiple other injuries to my spine and neck, Lori' s treatment has definitely bettered my quality of life. She is very professional, and really focuses in the actual issues, following up to make sure you continue treatment even while away from the office.

I will never go anywhere else again. I feel like a new person. This is not a typical make you feel good for an hour kinda place. Though I had a one hour massage, I felt like I was there for far longer. Everything was clean and the decor was beautiful. Lori REPAIRED my body. I can't believe how good I feel.
