Due to not being the primary person injured in my case, I didn’t expect nor have much interest in directly receiving any sort of settlement. Therefore, I was willing to completely dismiss my portion of the case, at which point, Michael Jeandron could have taken the easy way out by accepting my decision. However, he instead insisted to continue representing me while being candid about what he thought would come of it. On advice of a friend, I transferred my accident representation to Michael Jeandron. My previous attorney did not do anything on my case for two years.
Michael turned out to be a miracle worker. I was rear ended severely and suffered a traumatic brain injury. Michael is extremely detail oriented, did a phenomenal discovery preparation. Discovery phase was not easy for me because of my diminished brain acuity and memory loss but Michael properly intervened and objected to needless and/or overly intrusive questions during discovery.
