Chef DC offers full service catering for events ranging from intimate breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and cocktail receptions to large weddings, corporate events, sit-down dinners and holiday parties.
Chef DC's passion for food began in his high school Home Ec. class and continues to this day. Since then, the food service industry has been a huge part of his life. In 1992 DC opened DC's Cafe, a small restaurant in North Dallas. Within the year the restaurant gained rave reviews and often the lunch crowd line wrapped around the building.
