The ARTISAN Craft Kitchen features interactive, chef-attended stations serving hot entre selections, pastas, hot sandwiches, and composed salads, prepared to order. The walk-up service area at the Craft Kitchen is designed with the feel of a Chef's table offering a variety of eye-catching food displays.
The ARTISAN offers extensive corporate catering menus for breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. We focus our menus on fresh, farm to table ingredients to create an incredible culinary experience for your guests. I often stay in a hotel next door to The Artisan, and I love ordering my lunch from their kitchen. Their sandwiches, soups, and salads are all great. I appreciate how I can order online or via the mobile app and the food is ready minutes later. It is clean, updated and stylish, and I'll look forward to future visits.

Outrageous prices and inconsistent food. Some of their food is amazing and reasonably priced, but mixed quality, terrible customer experience, and high prices causes me to waver between 2 and 3 stars. A recent lunch with an awesome turkey pot pie ($8), tepid brussel sprouts ($3.50), and a drink set me back $15 after tax. They handed me my food immediately while I waited in a long line.. asked me to bag it myself, and expected a tip.

If you use the mobile app, the food is made fast, fresh, and always ready for me to pick up without me having to get in line. I order both breakfast and lunch and everything is always really good. The staff is always friendly and professional. It's right next to my work building so very convenient as well.

When they were at the top of the steps the food to me was much better. Got a burger recently and it was dry and the bun was even different. So much liked the burgers they had with the awesome fries at the top of the steps. Last two times that I ate there, wasn't impressed. Some say the third time is the charm. Not for me.

Very convenient location and great variety of breakfast and lunch and snack and desserts! However the owner is not the nicest most customer friendly person. A bit condescending and sarcastic undertones when, for example reminding they they forgot a pastry, comment back is well I was busy getting your coffee. I'll get it now. necessary?

Initially, the prices scared me away!!! But, after talking to Holly I decided I would give their lunch menu a try. OH WOW! The Artisan lives up to its name! The meals they create are nothing short of works of art with HIGH quality locally sourced ingredients! The flavors are out of this world. Bravo! Bravo! Encore!

Love this place. In and out of the line in a flash. Great selections to choose from. The Baja Fish Tacos were the bomb diggity. I'll be back, and I'm bringing people with me next time. What a pleasant and attractive place to get a bite. When it cools off I want to go outside on that terrace of theirs.,

What a phenomenal place to have cocktails on the terrace. I'm always looking for a great patio to have a glass of wine... this was by far, much better than a patio. You can see all over Dallas with the amazing view at the Artisan Bar. Love the food menu with nice sized portions, enough to have a variety and share. I'm looking forward to the opening (very soon) of the main restaurant, as it is just as nice inside as it is outside. With the amazing staff and scenery, I can't wait to see what's in store for the Artisan Bar.
