Gabe and his two assistants did a great job replacing our 25 year old HVAC system. They were timely, professional and friendly. Also a shout out to Sal who inspected our old HVAC system and gave us a very competitive price for our new Bryant (same company as Carrier) system. Global Heat and Air was recommended by my neighbor. Came over for an estimate a day after I inquired late on a Wednesday and performed the installation of a Williams wall furnace heating unit by noon of the following Saturday. Very professional job, took out my old unit, made sure I knew how the new one worked and made me feel comfortable following up if needed. Would highly recommend.

I called Global Heating and Air Conditioning following a direct, word of mouth recommendation from a neighbor. Sal came to help with any questions and provide a bid for the hybrid system I wanted to install. Well worth my time and efforts to research, good, honest, and helpful people. The system is amazing! My project was specialized since I was getting solar and replacing my furnace/air and water heater with electric. This required retrofitting the house with upgraded circuits and systems. The Global team showed up on time and completed the project in the time promised. They also did extra work to get my dryer installed (only gas appliance in the house). I recommend Global for any HVAC system and they installed a tankless water unit.

Installed a full new HVAC system in a older home that previously had only wall heaters. The bidding process was quick, efficient, fair and without the BS of suddenly finding "discounts" to try and secure your business. They were also cheaper by thousands against their competing bidders. A 3 man team showed up on the appointed day at the appointed… time, and completed the job ahead of schedule. The work, and the workers, were clean, neat, professional, and did the job cleanly and correctly. Nice people too. I purchased my own smart thermostat after accepting their bid, and they discounted

Ok, so let me start at the beginning. AC one day just stopped cooling. Old system - 30 years - but was hoping I could still just fix it. So I called one of the big companies - Anderson. They came out, looked at the system and said it was likely a freon leak (R22). Said I could buy a new system or delay that a bit by using a sealant and filling… my freon tank. It would only delay the inevitable but they would apply the cost to a new unit later. How much for the 11 pounds of freon? $300 a pound!!!!!! Didn't sound right. So I looked. That's 10 TIMES the wholesale. So I declined and looked around

I called in last week and asked if someone could come in a fix my central AC unit. The people I spoke with on the phone fit me in at a time that was most convenient for me and in a timely manner since San Diego is experiencing a lot of heat. The service technician Adam Megrdich came in today and fix our broken capacitor which he informed me was the… cause of our issue. After he replaced our capacitor, he made sure that all other parts of our AC unit was working properly. Within 30 minutes of his arrival, we had cold air pumping through our house again.
