I got a deep tissue massage with Brian and it was amazing! He focused on all my trouble areas but also made sure to hit all the muscles. I highly recommend getting a massage with Brian. I will be back again next time I am in town! It was also easy to book an appointment online. Everyone in the spa was very friendly and professional!

Not vaccinated, no masks, and proud of it. I really thought I had asked before I booked my appointment, but halfway through my pedicure she starts going on about how upset she is that she can't go to the concerts she wants to because they require vaccinations. Now because I was around her I have to wear a mask indoors for the rest of my vacation to protect my family. I know it's my fault for not asking (I thought I did), and I tipped her because she did a good job. I know not everyone is worried about COVID and the Delta variant, but if you are, avoid this place!

I had a therapeutic massage with Valerie on Saturday and it was the best massage I've ever had in my life!! I get them regularly because I suffer from tension in my neck and shoulders causing tension headaches. Valerie was very professional and listened to my concerns. I've never felt better leaving an appointment and I can't wait to visit the area again so I can book another massage with her! Valerie truly has miracle hands!! The salon/spa was very welcoming and clean. I enjoyed browsing the cute selection of clothes and jewelry while I waited. I can't wait to go back

We were on vacation and I had a nail chip and needed to get my nail re paired. They did a horrible job. They couldn't find the right color to match which is understandable but then when she applied the dip, she only did two coats and it was thin, and then on top of that put a coat of white powder on top. She did not know how to file and make it the same shape as my other nails. I had to file it myself and made it look way better.
The price of a nail repair was outrageous, one nail cost me 10 dollars. Any other time I have gone to get a nail fixed I'm charged 5 dollars.

Had an apt with Shannon Ryck and she did a great job especially because I had taken the scissors to my hair the night before and made a mess of things! Anyway, she highlighted it the RIGHT color and gave me a really good cut. The shop/boutique is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will go again for my next cut and/or color. Thanks Shannon! I am a fan.

Came here with my mom to get ready for my brother's wedding, we both requested for hair and makeup. When we walked in we saw two ladies with very heavy makeup and didn't think anything of it. We both provided the hair and makeup ladies pictures of what we wanted, both looks we're completely opposite. Our makeup looks turned out almost identical and the foundation and contour was baked on so heavily We both ended up wiping off most of it before the reception (I'm talking two Kleenex full of makeup) . Sweet staff but I didn't like my hairstyle for my wedding. I specifically asked for beachy waves and was given ringlets. I also asked specifically for a waterfall braid and was told that there was only one stylist that could do one and all she did was twist some hair around my head. I would consider doing a trial run if you want to have your event makeup done, which might have a prevented what happened to me even though they knew what I wanted two months in advance.

I would give 0 stars if possible. We showed up 15 min before our appointment and filled out our paperwork. The ladies were talking around us about unprofessional subjects. Came time for our appointment and no body said anything. Finally 10 min after our appointment time I asked how much longer it was going to be as we had reservations to go to afterwards. With out apology they went to go check and came back saying they didn't know because one massage client made them late. 25 min past our appointment time we had to leave. What a wonderful find! I was in Gulf Shores for a month and needed to get my nails done and get a massage. Fantastic job on my nails! I have acrylics and I'm pretty picky about my nails. Perfect job by Cindy! Kaitlin did my massage and was wonderful! Took care of all my tight spots, wish I had time to go back! I will be back when I'm back in Gulf Shores!

Due to the weather CCs Salon really worked with me for my bridal appointment. They were able to be flexible and open early so my bridal party and I to get in and get beautiful. I got my makeup done and she did an amazing job. Thanks so much. I see why CCs Salon is the referred business for weddings.
