As new Florida residents, we are very glad we used attorney Amy Pittman to update our estate planning. Although we had recent estate documents from our home state, we had not realized the need/importance of changing things to Florida! Amy was knowledgeable, very forthright with her guidance yet respectful of our wishes. She is very personable too! She and her office have been extremely punctual and efficient throughout our estate planning process. I spoke with the "Director of First Impressions" this morning in an attempt to make an appointment to set up a trust as we now own property in FL. This is something our realtor told us we really needed to do as soon as possible. I was told by the Director that since we were not FL residents they could not help us and this is something that must be cared for by our IL attorney. Our IL attorney, however, knows nothing about FL laws.

We met with Audra Platt to go over our estate to make sure everything was up to date after moving here from out of state. From the minute we met her we knew she was going to be amazing!
