So one day after school, while I was in the ninth (9th) grade, a medical program on PBS showed a woman in labor and the delivery of a baby.

My dad was in a golf cart accident in May. Attorney Babiarz and his staff were wonderful they were caring compassionate and helped us every step of the way. The Babiarz Law Firm is a very caring, professional firm that believes in what they do and can do for the individual. I was involved in a golf cart-vehicle accident and Tim came highly recommended. If it were not for him and his staff, I am not sure how my medical injuries would have been resolved. Tim advised me in the correct direction to what doctors I needed to see in a timely fashion. The communication between client and staff was kept confidential. The staff was always upbeat and made sure all COVID practices were handled to the upmost safety of everyone.

I was involved in a traumatic injury accident about a year and a half ago in Ocala, Florida. I had no clue about getting a lawyer or who to get if I got one. I highly recommend the Babiarz law firm. I was in my golf cart and was hit (T-boned) on the driver’s side by car while he had a stop sign and I had the right of way. I was injured and required hospitalization including two surgeries and required a long recuperation period. I retained Mr. Babiarz after doing online research as well as asking the recommendations of neighbors. I found the big 3 firms who have the frequent commercials on TV didn’t have the best revues. The Babiarz law firm has many very good reviews, now including my own, and many of those reviews referred to car vs. golf cart
